He is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Sun Valley Investments, a private investment firm specializing in metals and mining, recognized for its strong industry track record. He also serves as Executive Chairman of Goldlogic Corp.

Mr. Sodhi is the Founder of the Sodhi Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing innovative medical treatments for PTSD, while also supporting early childhood education and economic empowerment initiatives in more than 30 underserved communities across Colombia and India.

He has co-founded several private equity firms and funds in the United States, Latin America, and India, overseeing more than USD 2 billion in transactions within mining, metals, and affordable housing, and raising over USD 1 billion in institutional capital from sovereign wealth funds, foundations, endowments, and insurance companies.

Mr. Sodhi holds a degree from Yale University, where he was awarded a full international scholarship and conducted neuroscience research at the Yale School of Medicine. He currently serves on the Yale President’s Council on International Activities and is a Sterling Fellow of the university.

He is fluent in five languages, including Spanish and Portuguese.
